Contact View

By default uCRM has the following fields for your contacts.

Document (Identification Number) Name Lastname Date of Birth City State Country Address Zip Code Phone Type and Number Email Type and Address

You can create new sections for the contact form in uCRM Configuration We will explain this later in this documentation.

We have different kind of views for contacts.

Full Contact view

This Contact View consists in two main sections. Contact Information section on the left and Timeline section on the right. Contact Information section will contain all the data of the selected contact. Basic information and custom sections will be visible on this side of the screen. Custom sections can be hide by security profiles configuration.

Timeline

In this section you will find all the interactions you manage and assign to this contact.

Timeline

Available information is the following:

  • Interaction Type (Telephony, Whastapp, SMS, WebChat, Email, Instagram or Messenger)
  • Interaction Direction (Inbound or Outbound)
  • Agent that took the interaction
  • Dispositions of the interaction
  • Duration

Small Interaction View

This view will be available during interactions. If you choose to see the form on the right side of the interaction the Contacts Reduced View will show only the basic information of the contacts. No timeline and Custom sections will be displayed. The view will switch between the Contact List and the Contact View when you select a Contact or the New Contact View if you decide to create a new one.
