uCRM is a light weight CRM for 360 degrees omnichannel experience that works integrated with uContact X. With uCRM you are able to manage you contacts and give your customer a better experience while you attend them. Register not only information about the person but business infomration by configuring Custom Sections your contact form. Identify the person you are talking by it's phone number, email, instagram or messenger account and lot more. uCRM allows you to search for contacts with different criterias to generate lists to use with Outbound Hub in uContact X. Avoid duplicating your contacts with the 3Way Merge Tool to have a cleaner database of your business.

uCRM has 3 main menues, Contacts, Tools and Configuration, that we will describe within this documentation.
