Automations

Discover the Automations module in uContact, where you have a variety of tools to automate your Contact Center, helping you reduce response times and provide better customer service.

Outbound Hubs

In this tab, you can access the list of Outbound Hubs created in uContact. You can search by channel name, Hub name, Hub type, and campaign name.

  • Channel: indicates the name of the channel associated with the Outbound Hub.
  • Name: indicates the name of the Outbound Hub.
  • Type: indicates the type of the Outbound Hub, particularly for telephony.
  • Campaign: indicates the campaign associated with the Outbound Hub.
  • Active: indicates if the Outbound Hub is enabled. A green circle indicates it is active, while a red one indicates it is not.
  • Actions: here, you have the option to edit or delete an Outbound Hub. To edit, click the button, and a pop-up will appear where you can modify all parameters except those in the "Basic" tab.

IVRs

In this tab, you can access the list of IVRs, IVR Functions, and Simple IVRs created in uContact. You can search by name, type, and description.

  • Name: indicates the name of the IVR.

  • Type: indicates the type of the IVR.

  • Description: provides the description of the IVR; if empty, no description was included.

  • Last deploy: indicates if the IVR was activated or not.

    There are two possibilities:

    • Indicates the IVR was never activated.
    • Indicates the date of the last activation of the IVR and the user who performed it.
  • Actions: here, you have the option to edit or delete an IVR. To edit, click the button, and a pop-up will appear where you can only modify the description.

    • History: this option allows you to access the change history of the IVR flow, detailing date and user, and providing the possibility to revert to a previous version of the IVR.
    • Copy: this option allows you to create a copy of the IVR created.

Bots

In this tab, you can access the list of Bots created in uContact. You can search by name, type, and description.

  • Name: indicates the name of the Bot.

  • Type: indicates the type of the Bot, which can be Bot or Function.

  • Description: provides the description of the Bot; if empty, no description was included.

  • Last deploy: indicates if the Bot was activated or not.

    There are two possibilities:

    • Indicates the Bot was never activated.
    • Indicates the date of the last activation of the Bot and the user who performed it.
  • Actions: here, you have the option to edit or delete a Bot. To edit, click the button, and a pop-up will appear where you can only modify the description.

    • History: this option allows you to access the change history of the Bot flow, detailing date and user, and providing the possibility to revert to a previous version of the Bot.
    • Copy: this option allows you to create a copy of the Bot created.

Webhooks

In this tab, you can access the list of Webhooks created in uContact. You can search by name, type, and description.

  • Name: indicates the name of the Webhook.

  • Type: indicates the type of the Webhook.

  • Description: provides the description of the Webhook; if empty, no description was included.

  • Last deploy: indicates if the Webhook was activated or not.

Tasks

In this tab, you can access the list of Tasks created in uContact. You can search by name, type, schedule, and timezone.

  • Name: indicates the name of the task.

  • Schedule: indicates the schedule of the task, i.e., when it will execute.

  • Type: indicates the type of the task.

  • Timezone: indicates the timezone associated with the task.

  • Enabled: indicates if the task is enabled to run or not.

  • Actions: here, you have the option to edit or delete a Task. To edit, click the button, and a pop-up will appear where you can modify all parameters except the name and type.
